Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, professional and well presented Receptionist/Administrator to join a small, lively team at a bustling office. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently
- Maintain a tidy and organised reception area
- Handle incoming and outgoing post
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Proficiently use Microsoft Office for various office functions
Experience
The successful candidate should possess:
- Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role
- Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in using computerised systems for data entry and record keeping
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and photocopiers
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
