As a Construction Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our water framework project, ensuring all activities are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Your leadership will be crucial in coordinating teams and maintaining high quality and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and supervise all aspects of the construction site, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
* Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
* Monitor site operations to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
* Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits, addressing any issues promptly.
* Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, providing regular progress updates and resolving any concerns.
* Ensure adherence to project timelines and budget constraints.
* Foster a collaborative and positive work environment on-site.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience as a Construction Manager, preferably with experience in water framework or infrastructure projects.
* Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.
* Solid understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality control standards.
* SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) or SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification is required.
* Ability to solve problems swiftly and adapt to changing project demands.
* Familiarity with construction management software and tools
