Position: Client Services Manager
Location: Midlands Office (5 days per week)
Salary: c. £32,000 - £40,000 + Lucrative Bonus (Profit Share Scheme) + Perks + Progression + Full Benefits Package

Role Overview:

* Manage relationships with Ultra High Net Worth clients, ensuring the best customer journey from start to finish.

* Work independently of the operations and sales teams, holding them accountable to the client’s needs.

* Handle client queries professionally, with attention to detail and accurate documentation, particularly in relation to insurance claims.

* Be part of a dynamic customer services team, contributing to a buzzing, high-energy environment.

* No construction industry experience required; previous experience managing high net-worth individuals or businesses in a customer service role is essential.

Key Requirements:

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

* Strong IT skills and meticulous attention to detail.

* Ability to maintain professionalism and composure under pressure.
