Due to the continued success of the brand, they are looking to expand the buying team with an Assistant Buyer!

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist the Buyers to adapt styles relevant to your categories

* Reporting and effectively communicating all key trade information to Buyers

* Ensuring that the right level of newness is achieved to create on trend ranges for relevant customer and brand

* Analysis of sales and performance, to enable trade reactions to be implemented where required

* Monitoring competitor analysis and market trends

* Build strong relationship with suppliers

* Negotiate cost prices

* Highly organised and keep on top of key diary dates coming up, to ensure deadlines are met

* Management of Buyers Admin Assistants, delegating workload to help with running the department efficiently

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Senior Buyers Admin Assistant or Assistant Buyer within a fashion brand

* Strong analytical skills

* Creativity and trend knowledge

* Natural ability to identify future fashion trends and a real passion for product

* Good communication and presentation skills

* Ability to make decisions under pressure

* Negotiation skills
