Location: Warwick – 3 days remote working, 2 days office based
Our client is a leading telecoms company that specialises in projects across the UK. They currently require a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a variety of projects.

Within this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of project cost control from handover to final account. This role would suit a candidate with a background in the construction/transport sector.

The key deliverables for this role are as follows:

Preparing and ensuring monthly client applications for payment are issued in accordance with the contract and timely certification and payment by the client.
Identify, prepare, price and agree changes with the client
Administration of contracts (with support from commercial)
Reporting monthly on cost/value reconciliation
Negotiate and agree final accounts with the client
Support the project manager to prepare and present the monthly contract review to senior management team
Payment and commercial management of suppliers/sub-contractors
Provide support and advice to the project team
Identify areas to improve margin
Participate in project meetings and producing progress reports
Support bid team as required in responding to ITT requests
Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, health and safety regulations, and quality standards
