Supply Chain Administrator

£24,000 – 27,000
I am currently recruiting for a Supply Chain Administrator position with a leading national retailer based within their Leeds Head office. Sitting within the Supply Chain Management team, this role has a big part to play in managing inbound and outbound purchase orders to maintain constant availability of product.
Responsibilities:
* Raise weekly PO’s and issue to the China office
* Review weekly pending orders
* Produce weekly sales reports using Excel
* Regular communication with suppliers to ensure deliveries on are on time and arrive as per PO.
* Liaising with China office on delivery & stock updates
* Amend PO dates and update clients on due dates
* Analyse sales trends and product behaviours to build future forecast profiles
* Manage company KPIs and ensure all documentation stays up to date.
* Review sales data of new lines and action accordingly
Key requirements for the role:
* Strong administrative skills
* Detail oriented with the ability to manage data effectively
* Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; especially advanced Excel using VLOOKUP’s and Pivot Tables
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues at all levels of the business.
* Ability to manage a varied workload, conflicting deadlines and multiple projects simultaneously.
* Ability to multi-task, be pro-active and work on own initiative, working both in a team and independently.
