Ace Handyman Services a national leader in the home improvement and home repair services industry. We are looking for highly organized and motivated candidates just like you to ensure efficient and smooth daily operations. We are offering a starting hourly rate of $18 to $20 depending on your experience!
In this role you will facilitate calls to educate our customers on the types of services & solutions we provide as well as our service model. NO CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!
This is a high call volume and fast paced role, this person must thrive in a fast and busy environment! This position will also assist with most of the daily administrative tasks - warranty calls, data entry, customer follow up, etc.
Other tasks associated with this position:
Building our team of craftsman - this would include facilitating screening calls, interviews, hiring, and orientations with new craftsmen
Potential networking opportunities to get the word out in the community about who we are and what we do!
Requirements
3+ years of Previous Experience in Sales, Customer Support, or Administrative work
Previous scheduling experience
Willing to work in-person at our Kennesaw office
Excellent computer and typing skills
Friendly, Professional, and ready to help our amazing Customers and Handymen!
Experience in the industry, and specifically with the Service Titan platform is a huge plus!
