Hi! We’re Fetch, a family owned, multi-specialty group of veterinary practices located in Florida and South Carolina. Our locations offer specialty services along with 24hr ER support. We’re seeking an experienced Practice Manager to lead our Specialty Departments at our NEWEST Fetch location in the sunny state of Florida!

As a leader in our organization, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the Specialty Services department and ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care and client service. You will work closely with our team of veterinary professionals to uphold our high standards of quality and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
Direct and supervise specialty services team members in an active leadership role to ensure team success (70% “on the floor”, 30% office/clerical environment)
Manage the daily operations of the Specialty Services department, including scheduling, staffing, and workflow
Ensure excellent patient care through team training and supervision
Collaborate with other department managers to ensure effective communication and coordination of services
Implement and maintain policies and protocols for the Specialty Services department
Monitor department performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement
Assist in recruitment, hiring, and training of new team members
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
Requirements
Credentialed Veterinary Technician - Required; VTS - Preferred
Minimum of 3 years of experience in specialty veterinary practice is required
Experience in veterinary practice management is preferred
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to develop and manage a team
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Knowledge of veterinary practice operations and best practices
Understanding of financial management and budgeting
Proficiency in veterinary practice management software
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is preferred
