Tradewind Recruitment are looking to appoint a Year 1 Primary Teacher on behalf of a progressive and inclusive 3-form entry school located in the borough of Barnet.

This London based primary school are looking to appoint a strong Primary Teacher to join their KS1 team from September 2024 for a one-year job share opportunity. This part time role will involve working every Friday in a year 1 class sharing class responsibilities with the teacher working from Monday to Friday.

About the role:

Prepare and deliver KS1 lessons
Implement effective and appropriate behaviour management strategies
Work alongside the Classroom TA to ensure lessons are effective
Differentiate learning materials to ensure each pupil benefits
Attend weekly staff meetingsRequirements:

Must have UK recognised QTS
Strong understanding of KS1 curriculum
Have a positive and ambitious attitude to learning
Have a willingness to enhance the schools ethos
Able to work effectively with colleagues, children and external agencies
Must be available full-time and long-term from SeptemberAbout the school:
