Bell Cornwall Recruitment is very pleased to be working with a significant branch of the public sector on a Reward and Recognition focused Human Resources Business Partner role. This role fits within a wider HR team in their Birmingham office.

The Role:

Collaborate with the leadership team to create a plan for employee recognition, both formal and informal
Develop the pay grading structure to ensure it is attractive and fit for purpose
Manage internal evaluation of new roles, and undertaking external pay bench marking
Coordinate events internally to recognise accomplishments
Contribute to building and maintaining a positive corporate cultureThe Ideal Human Resources Business Partner will have:

Significant experience within HR, ideally with a CIPD qualification
Experience with managing and implementing reward and recognition programmes
Proven experience of managing and bench marking pay grades and job evaluations
Up to date knowledge on employment legislation and law
