The Recruitment Group is looking for Food Production Operatives to work for our new client based in Barrow upon Soar. We are looking for Food Production Operatives who love food and care about their work. If you feel this could be the role for you, then please read the below. Please note that this is a temp-to-perm position.

Pay for the Food Production Operative

£11.44 per hour

Hours:

Monday to Friday - 7.30am to 4pm or 12 mid-day to 9pm
(can be flexible depending on transport requirements)
30 minute unpaid break

About the role – temp to perm

You will be working within a food production environment and your duties will include:

Packing of customer products as per required specification
Basic Quality checks of product
General production duties
Some lifting of product
Maintain high levels of housekeeping and ensure food hygiene is adhered to
To work effectively and safely in line with H&S requirements
This is a fast-moving environment
All team members must work whilst maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance with the hygiene regulations at all times
General duties outlined by your shift supervisor
About You:

Need to have a can-do attitude and be willing to get stuck in
Work as part of a team and be able to follow instruction
All body piercings, false eyelashes and false nails must be removed
All nail varnish must be removed
A Food Hygiene certificate would be beneficial but not essential
