* Location: Brackley, Northamptonshire
* Salary: Up to £15.00 per hour (£31,200 pa) - dependant on experience
* Hours: 40 hours per week / days, 2:30pm finish on Fridays

About the CNC Operator role:
JM&Co. Recruitment is delighted to present an exciting opportunity for a CNC Operator to join a leading UK manufacturer based in Brackley. Our client specialises in prototype development, small batch production runs, and custom PCB assembly.
As a CNC Operator, you will play a crucial role in the production team, ensuring the efficient and precise manufacturing of components on CNC machines.
Key CNC Operator responsibilities:
* Set up and run CNC machines for both prototype and production work.
* Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines in line with the maintenance schedule.
* Provide feedback on New Product Introduction (NPI) and Continuous Improvement (CI) to the Engineering department.
* Uphold the company’s high-quality standards, following the “No Fault Forward” policy.
* Maintain accurate records of production activities, machine settings, and adjustments.
* Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
General duties associated to the CNC Operator job role:
* Operate other machine shop equipment (e.g., saws, drills) as required.
* Undertake specific projects and tasks as assigned by management.
* Perform any other relevant and reasonable duties requested by management.
What we’re looking for to be successful in the CNC Operator position:
* Ideally, proven experience as a CNC Operator.
* A proactive and positive ‘can do’ attitude.
* Commitment to working to high-quality standards.
* Willingness to potentially take on a supervisory role within the machine shop.
