If you are a multi-skilled HR administrator with a ambition to progress then this role may be perfect for you. You will report directly into the HR Manager .

The role is a mixture of HR responsibilities, It is based on the outskirts of Dorking with a working week of 37.5 hours Monday to Friday. Outskirts of Dorking

Salary £28.00 - £35.000 pa depending on experience

Human Resources

* Recruitment and onboarding management

* Issue job offers and contracts of employment; conducting inductions, setting up new employee’s and the reverse process for leavers

* Manage and advise other Managers on various aspects of employment policies

* Advise and coach Managers on correct procedures when dealing with disciplinary issues and attend hearings

* Update Code of Practice and implementation of employment related policies and procedures

* Administration of the Company Income Protection and Life Assurance policies

* Responsible for compliance with GDPR
