Your new company

Deliver engineering solutions through cost effective, customer focused solutions for minor and major projects. Your new role

PPM and reactive work
To attend and complete reactive fabric, buildings, locksmith, painting, decorating, fire door replacements, flooring, window repairs etc.
To provide support to the wider Engineering Day Team in the event of an emergency call.
To undertake any other duties as directed by Managers within the remit of the role.
To support in providing cost information for chargeable carpentry and fabric works on site
To attend and complete chargeable carpentry and fabric works on site
To provide updates to the Helpdesk Co-ordinator on a regular basis to ensure the CAFM System is up to date
Keep and maintain all company issued tools in a safe and working condition
To ensure that both Client and service providers Health and Safety procedures are followed at all times
To provide support to all Imperial Healthcare Portfolio sites as and when required What you need to succeed

Demonstrable experience within a similar role e.g. building maintenance
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with people of all levels of seniority
Educated C&G NVQ Level 2 or equivalent - desirable
Fire door qualification - desirable
Knowledge of Health and Safety
Diligent and pro-active
Ability to prioritise and act on own initiative.
Excellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
A flexible approach to work with a willingness to travel would be essential. What you'll get in return
