Mobile Fabric Engineer
Location: South East London (Must be willing to travel around Central London)
Salary: GBP30,000 - GBP34,000 per year, plus overtime
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
Job type: Full-time, permanent
A van, fuel card and trades card are provided!

Bridge Recruitment is helping one of our well-established clients recruit for an experienced Mobile Fabric Engineer to join their ever-expanding team. Main purpose of the role is to ensure all fabric areas are maintained to the standard required by my client and to carry out the works with the understanding of the client's needs.

Responsibilities of the Mobile Fabric Engineer:
· Carry out PPM tasks as requested by Administrator and/or Coordinator
· Carry out reactive tasks as requested by Administrator and/or Coordinator
· Liaise with Administrator and client on-going basis
· Carry out any other reasonable works requested as directed by management
· Daily completion of necessary paperwork to attribute working hours to tasks

Requirements of the Mobile Fabric Engineer:
· Relevant qualification (City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2 in either carpentry or painting).
· Previous experience within similar environment or heritage buildings.
· CSCS Card.
· Asbestos awareness.
· Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
· A proactive approach and attention to detail.
· Full UK Driving Licence.
