About Us:
Hill Mcglynn Recruitment is a leading recruitment agency, and we are excited to be recruiting for a regional main contractor specializing in educational projects. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Assistant Site Manager to join their team in Walthamstow.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Site Manager in coordinating construction project activities.
Handle and monitor workers, equipment, and construction materials at the site.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
Coordinate and monitor subcontractors and construction teams.
Assist in managing project schedules and budgets.
Provide regular updates and reports on project progress. Requirements:

Minimum of two years of relevant experience as an Assistant Site Manager.
Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
Strong knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
