The client I am working with has an immediate requirement for a Number 2 site manager to support a project manager on a commercial strip out and fit out project in Kent,

The client wants a Site Manager who has a great eye for detail, strong experience within commercial / retail fit out. The Manager must also be able to liaise with the client on site and create a strong relationship whilst working to the specifications given.

The Manager can be / have:
• Track record of working on Commercial fit out jobs
• Can hit the ground running
• Good eye for detail
• Strong Manager - Able to push the trades.
• Great quality assurance skills
• Good client liaison skills
• Health and Safety focused
