Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the design process from conception to completion.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
Ensure designs comply with relevant regulations and standards.
Manage design budgets and schedules.
Provide technical guidance and support to the project team.
Review and approve design documents and drawings. Requirements:

Proven experience as a Design Manager, particularly in fit-out and educational projects.
Strong knowledge of design processes and construction methods.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in design software and tools.
Located in Kent or Sussex. What We Offer:
