Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Design Manager to join our client’s team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing the design process for educational projects, ensuring that all designs meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the design process for educational projects from inception to completion.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop and refine project designs.
Ensure designs comply with industry standards, regulations, and client requirements.
Provide technical guidance and support to the design team.
Review and approve design documents and drawings.
Coordinate with project managers to ensure seamless integration of design and construction activities.
Monitor project progress and address any design-related issues that arise. Requirements:

Proven experience as a Senior Design Manager within the construction sector, preferably with a focus on educational projects.
Strong understanding of design principles, industry standards, and regulations.
