We are currently recruiting for a Logistics Coordinator to join our client's team on the Birmingham Business Park. This role is perfect for a driven and hardworking individual with a passion for success and helping others.

* Annual salary of £26,000

* Minimum of 25 days holiday plus bank holidays

* Company pension scheme

* Monday to Friday- 08:00 to 17:30

The Role:

As a Logistics Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

* Managing the day-to-day operations of the team of drivers.

* Providing accurate and proactive updates to the Customer Service Team.

* Building strong relationships with drivers to provide ongoing coaching and development.

* Working closely with recruitment to ensure optimal driver coverage.

* Liaising with the Planning Team to ensure smooth journey planning.

The Candidate:

The ideal Logistics Coordinator will:

* Be confident in communicating with all team members.

* Be IT literate with a strong understanding of Microsoft Excel and in-house systems.

* Experience within a high-volume call centre environment also offers transferable skills.

The Package:

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will receive an annual salary of £26,000. You will also receive a minimum of 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, and will be enrolled in the company pension scheme.
