Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the timely and accurate dispatch of shipments, ensuring all orders are processed and scheduled efficiently.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and resolving any logistics-related issues.
Monitor and manage schedules to ensure all client orders are delivered according to agreed timelines.
Verify the accuracy of shipping documentation and orders, promptly addressing any discrepancies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in relevant databases and inventory systems.
Identify and rectify shipping errors, implementing preventative measures to avoid future issues.
Support the Warehouse and Installations teams by ensuring logistical processes align with operational needs.
Oversee production timelines to ensure that logistical activities are in sync with project requirements. Required Skills and Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, preferably within the intralogistics solutions industry.
Strong organisational skills, with a methodical and detail-oriented approach to work.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with a collaborative and solution-driven attitude.
Ability to thrive under pressure, managing multiple tasks and meeting tight deadlines while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Proficiency in leveraging data to enhance logistics efficiency.
Eagerness to grow in a dynamic industry, using good judgment and discretion to achieve work objectives.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with ERP systems (SAP is preferred). What We Offer:
