We are looking to recruit a RMN/RNLD who is 5 years + qualified, with supervisory/clinical lead experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar setting (learning disabilities, Autism and challenging behaviour).

We would like to see candidates who have been in their previous roles for 3 years + and have a minimum amount of job hopping.

1. To positively support the Deputy Manager in providing leadership to the care staff within Thistle Lodge Specialist Care Ltd

2. To maintain skills at a current level and undertake such training and development as may from time-to-time be required to maintain that currency of practice

To manage the service in accordance with standards agreed with the Registered Manager, Registered Provider, legislative requirements, relevant regulations, in line with accepted best practice and within the financial plans agreed from time-to-time with the Registered Provider

3/4 shifts over 7-day period, 08:00-20:00 or 20:00-08:00 with varying shift patterns as agreed with the manager
