Senior Electrical Engineer

Location: London

Salary: £62,000 - £65,000 per annum

The Role

Acting as the principal point of contact for all technical and co-ordination issues relating to projects.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

To lead the respective discipline on an agreed project.
To attend briefing meetings and set in place a plan to meet the agreed milestones.
To ensure support engineers are given clear targets and deliverables.
To monitor and apply document control and design management procedures.
To maintain a programme of personal continuous professional development (CPD) and training to ensure that self and staff are familiar with the latest technological and statutory standards.
To deliver specialist design and project management advice in a professional manner.
To work within a change management regime to ensure work is authorised before commencement.
To co-ordinate with other disciplines.
To apply the company standards and systems; utilising agreed strategies standard details and specifications.

To participate in internal meetings, maintaining a sound understanding and interest in their client’s business and promote the interests and welfare of colleagues and employees.

To prepare for and attend and contribute to; meetings and training events as well as undertake other related business activities as may be appropriate or mutually agreed from time to time.
