Key Account Executive

Location: Altrincham
Salary: £30,000 with a £45,000 OTE

WFH Available

Search Manchester are recruiting on behalf of a very exciting business who are looking for a Key Account Executive to join their sales team on a permanent basis, based in their South Manchester Office.

This role offering £30,000 as a basic, with commission also to be paid monthly, OTE expected to be £45,000. This is a sales-based role, working Monday - Friday, working 09:00 - 17:30, occasionally visiting clients where necessary. Hybrid working can be offered after the training/probation period.

A key requirement for this role is previous experience within the umbrella industry or recruitment sector with a strong understanding of the umbrella industry.

The ideal candidate will be someone who has strong sales experience and can develop relationships that deliver profitable business and enhance our already well-established reputation with recruitment agencies.

The Role of the Key Account Executive:
* Supporting and partnering with the Key Account Director in managing and nurturing our key accounts, to maintain and grow business relationships
* Increase the number of referring consultants and enquiries within the patch
* Acting as a main point of contact for clients and their needs along with the Key Account Director
* Working collaboratively with Key Account Advisors to address and resolve agency queries
* Attend face to face visits with new and existing clients to either create a new business opportunity or develop on the existing one

The Key Account Executive will have:
* Experienced Account Manager/New Business within an umbrella company
* Individuals with excellent experience within the recruitment agency industry and who have a basic understanding of the umbrella industry would be considered
* Hardworking and approachable
* Sales and customer service skills
* Strong communication skills, including active listening
* Has a passion for excellent client service
* Strong networking and relationship building skills
* Superior organisation skills, with the ability to work independently with minimal support
