Key Responsibilities:
* Provide one-on-one and small group support to students as a Primary School Teaching Assistant, helping them with their academic progress and social development.
* Assist the classroom teacher in delivering engaging lessons and managing classroom behavior.
* Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued and encouraged.
* Assist with the preparation of teaching materials and resources.
* Supervise students during lunch breaks, outings, and other activities as needed.
Requirements:
* Preferably previous experience working as a Primary School Teaching Assistant.
* A passion for working with children and a strong commitment to supporting their learning and development.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well as part of a team.
* A proactive and flexible approach to work, with the ability to adapt to different classroom environments.
* An understanding of the primary school curriculum is desirable.
* A valid Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).
