About the role of Building Services Engineer

My client is looking for a knowledgeable Engineer that is Electrically bias with knowledge of Mechanical. The position is heavy on PPM work rather than reactive maintenance. The location is in Fulham on a luxury residential development.

Responsibilities for the Building Services Engineer

Responsible for PPMS and reporting results
Fault finding and repairs on both Electrical and Mechncial systems
Electrical testing and inspecting
AHU and FCU maintenance
Emergency/Alarms lighting Requirements for Building Services Engineer

Level 3 NVQ City & Guild or equivalent
