About the role: Early Years Teaching Assistant: Are you passionate about nurturing young minds and helping them blossom? We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Early Years Teaching Assistant to join our charming 1-form entry primary and nursery school in Barnet, London. Start this autumn term and make a difference from day one! As an Early Years TA, you'll assist the class teacher in our vibrant EYFS class. Your role is to provide tailored support to our little learners, helping them thrive both academically and socially. Your enthusiasm and creativity will be key to creating a fun and inclusive learning environment!

• Experience working with young children in an educational setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the class teacher in daily activities and lesson planning.
• Encourage positive behavior and social skills development.
• Assist with creating engaging and educational activities.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment.
• Provide one-on-one support to students when needed.
