About the role: Early Years Teaching Assistant: We are seeking an enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant and dynamic primary school in the heart of Camden. You will be working closely with the EYFS team, providing support in the classroom to ensure every child receives the individual attention they need to flourish. You will provide tailored support to SEN students within the classroom, ensuring their individual learning needs are met and helping them engage fully with the curriculum. • A relevant teaching assistant qualification or childcare experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons.
• Helping children develop essential skills in literacy, numeracy, and personal development.
• Assisting with the organisation of learning activities and resources.
• Providing one-to-one or small group support where needed.
• Encouraging a fun, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
