CMA Recruitment Group is currently working with an excellent employer based in Poole, Dorset, who are looking to recruit an Interim Assistant Accountant on a initial 6 month contact. This role will help support the existing finance team whilst they focus on a number of internal changes within the business

What will the Assistant Accountant role involve?

Processing payments, ensuring correct allocations.
Reconciliation of payments
Raising credit notes
Chasing overdue payments
Resolving queries.
Assisting in month end close.
Supporting in service improvement projects.
Suitable Candidate for the Assistant accountant vacancy:

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in sales ledger or credit control.
confident communicator both with internal and external parties;
previous experience using excel and accounting packages.
confident in verbal and written communication styles.
