About the role: Higher Level Teaching Assistant: An inspiring and inclusive academy in Islington is looking for a dynamic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our dedicated team. As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering engaging and inspiring lessons across Key Stages 1 and 2. Application Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or HLTA in a primary school setting.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging lessons in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
• Provide targeted support to individual students and small groups.
• Cover classes when required, ensuring continuity of learning.
• Support the emotional, social, and academic development of our pupils.
