Clinical Deputy Manager
Location: Chelmsford (CM2)
Hours: Days - 37.5 hours per week
Rate: £23 per hour + Paid breaks + Exceptional benefits!
Time Recruitment is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to join their team at a newly acquired nursing home in Chelmsford.
Our client is an award-winning, family-run care provider dedicated to giving top quality care across all their care homes in which they have over 20 + nationwide!
This service is the height of luxury and boasts restaraunts, terraces, café's, cinema, salons, spa treatment room, gym, activity rooms, library and a childrens entertainment room for the families!
The service is 75 beds in total and is largely residential but offers general nursing, dementia and palliative care within their specialist units.
As a Clinical Deputy Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and maintaining the exceptional care standards by ensuring clinical governance and assurance alongside:
- Leading and inspiring the team to excel daily
- Family liaison and resident support
- Assessments, implementation of care plans and auditing
- Supervising and mentoring staff
- Promoting a positive work environment and promoting professional growth
- Work with the wider MDT for best outcomes
- CQC inspection preparation and management
- Safeguarding and risk management
- Weekly and monthly auditing
Requirements for the Clinical Deputy Manager role:
* A valid NMC Pin - RGN/RMN or RNLD qualified
* Experience working with Dementia/Elderly Care and mentorship experience
