We are seeking a nurse-qualified Deputy Manager to join one of the UK’s leading care home providers. This Deputy Manager role is in a beautiful home in High Wycombe and comes with an excellent salary of £61,075, bespoke training and development pathways with support to achieve qualifications, and more excellent benefits.

This Deputy Manager role is in one of the best-regarded care homes in the area, which currently holds an ‘Outstanding’ rating from the CQC. You will be joining a highly trained and compassionate team that has your personal and professional development at heart.
As Deputy Manager you will be:
Providing specialist nursing support and advice and taking responsibility for resident care
Ensuring care is always delivered in line with the standards set out by the CQC, Local Authority and other relevant regulatory professional bodies
Being a great mentor who can provide support, guidance and leadership to the care home staff
Ensuring adequate staffing is always maintained within the homeTo apply for this position, you will need to be a qualified Nurse (RGN) with a current NMC Pin. You’ll also have prior experience in a leadership role within a care home.
