About the Role: As the MEP Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of mechanical and electrical packages on a landmark mixed-use residential site. This project is a cornerstone in the client’s portfolio, with substantial growth opportunities in the Cambridge area. * Schedule Management: Proactively manage the MEP programme, identifying and addressing potential delays before they impact the timeline.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with the Project Director and other key stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met and client expectations are exceeded.
* Financial Control: Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective delivery while maintaining quality and safety standards.
* Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all work complies with relevant safety regulations and industry standards, fostering a culture of safety on-site.
* Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to the site team and subcontractors, helping to resolve challenges and drive project success.
* Communication: Chair regular progress meetings, maintaining clear, consistent communication with the client, subcontractors, and consultants to keep everyone aligned and informed.

The ideal candidate for this role is an experienced MEP Manager with a strong background in either mechanical or electrical engineering, and a deep understanding of M&E systems in construction.
