KS3/4 MFL Teacher (Spanish with French) – Faversham

Paid to Scale: £150 - £211 per day

Supply Desk are excited to present a fantastic opportunity at a highly regarded Ofsted rated 'Good' Secondary School in Faversham. The school are seeking an experienced and passionate Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) Teacher, specialising in Spanish, with the ability to teach French at KS3/4. This is a full-time, long-term position starting in September 2024, with the potential of this becoming a long term, more permanent role.

The Role:

Full Time – Monday to Friday
Teach Spanish as the primary subject across KS3 and KS4, with some teaching of French
Take on full teaching responsibilities, including lesson planning, preparation, and delivery to meet the diverse needs of students
Mark and assess students’ work, providing constructive feedback to enhance learning
Uphold and promote the school’s curriculum and values
Receive competitive pay rates in line with the teacher pay scale
The Ideal Candidate Will:

Be an experienced MFL Teacher with a specialism in Spanish and the ability to teach French
Have a strong background in teaching KS3 and KS4 students
Be a dedicated team player with a positive and inclusive approach
Demonstrate a proven track record of improving student attainment
Possess excellent classroom management skills
Deliver dynamic and engaging lessons that resonate with students
Hold a current valid DBS or be willing to obtain one
