Oracle Change Manager

London or Sunderland - 3x per week onsite

12-Month FTC

We are representing a well renowned company in the midst of transformation who are looking for an Oracle Change Manager to join their high-performing team and support a large, international programme.

Working within a small change team, this position will have responsibility for leading and co-ordinating change management activities on the Oracle EBS to Fusion migration programme which will implement Finance, Procurement, and Engineering processes across the business. The role ensures the organisation is prepared for and able to adopt new ways of working, systems, and processes with minimal disruption and maximum benefit.

You will:

• Manage & run 2 change forums
• Ensure proposed training is fit-for-purpose in the business' environment
• Proactively anticipate problem areas and develop action plans as needed
• Assess business readiness for the Oracle change

We are looking for:

• Proven experience in a Change Management position
• Extensive experience working with finance systems - ideally Oracle Fusion but SAP, Sage & D365 F&O can also be considered
• Strong stakeholder & third party management
• A 'strategic executor' - a proactive and adaptable individual that can roll up their sleeves

It would be a bonus if you had:

• Experience with Oracle EPM (Enterprise Performance Management)
