Job Title: SOC Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Security Operations Centre (SOC) activities, ensuring timely monitoring, triage, investigation, and response to security incidents.
• Provide technical leadership and operational oversight across the security toolset, including SIEM, SOAR, endpoint security, user behaviour analytics, and data security platforms.
• Drive continuous improvement of SOC processes, detection use cases, incident response playbooks, and automation capabilities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and technology teams to support organisational transformation initiatives.
• Mentor and support SOC analysts, providing incident management guidance, escalation handling, and subject matter expertise.
• Analyse emerging threats, security trends, and operational metrics to identify opportunities for strengthening detection, investigation, and response capabilities.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in Security Operations, EDR, Security Analysis, and Incident Response.
• Experience with Databricks and other security toolsets such as Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, Defender, Purview, and XSOAR.
• Experience leading a SOC

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• A degree in Cyber Security.
