IAM Specialist

£500 per day INSIDE IR35

We're looking for an experienced IAM Specialist to join a cyber security team and play a key role in implementing and configuring an Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platform.

This is a hands-on technical role for someone with strong experience in IGA, identity life cycle management and access governance, working closely with HR, IT Operations and application owners to deliver secure and efficient identity and access processes.

• Implement and configure an IGA platform such as SailPoint, Saviynt, Omada or One Identity.

• Integrate IGA with Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD and authoritative sources such as HR systems and databases.

• Design and automate Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes.

• Build access request and approval workflows.

• Implement access certification and recertification campaigns.

• Develop RBAC, role mining and entitlement management models.

• Configure connectors across Active Directory, Entra ID, SaaS and on-premise applications.

• Implement Segregation of Duties (SoD) policies and access risk controls.

• Work with SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect and SCIM.

• Troubleshoot provisioning, synchronisation and connector issues.

• Support application onboarding, technical documentation and audit requirements.

• Hands-on experience implementing IGA platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, Omada, One Identity or similar.

• Strong experience with Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD integration.

• Solid knowledge of identity life cycle management and JML automation.

• Experience with RBAC, access certification and entitlement management.

• Knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP and hybrid identity.

• Understanding of SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect and SCIM.

• Knowledge of ISO 27001 and NIST CSF.

• Strong troubleshooting and technical documentation skills.
