IAM Developer

Location: Remote (UK)

Salary: Up to £100,000 + Benefits

I'm currently recruiting for an experienced IAM Developer to join a leading organisation delivering large-scale Identity & Access Management transformation programmes.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on enterprise IAM solutions, developing and enhancing identity platforms that support thousands of users across complex business environments.

What you'll be doing

• Design, develop and support One Identity Manager (1IM) solutions.
• Build identity life cycle workflows, provisioning processes and automation.
• Integrate IAM platforms with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Office 365, LDAP, SAP and other enterprise applications.
• Develop SQL queries, stored procedures and custom connectors.
• Support platform upgrades, enhancements and production environments.
• Troubleshoot complex IAM issues and work closely with security, infrastructure and architecture teams.

What we're looking for

• Strong commercial experience with One Identity Manager (1IM).
• Solid understanding of Identity & Access Management, Identity Governance and user provisioning.
• Strong SQL and database development skills.
• Experience with Scripting using PowerShell, VB.NET, JavaScript, VBScript or similar.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, Entra ID (Azure AD) and authentication technologies.
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments.

Desirable

• Experience with SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk or Okta.
• Knowledge of SAML, OAuth or OpenID Connect.
• Cloud experience (Azure, AWS or GCP).
