Interaction Recruitment is currently recruiting 2 Temporary to Permanent Operatives for a well-established and growing company specialising in the hire and maintenance of power tools and equipment.

Available Shifts

✅ 6:00am – 2:00pm
Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour

✅ 2:00pm – 10:00pm
Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

Answering incoming telephone calls and assisting customers with their orders and enquiries
Providing excellent customer service and maintaining professional communication at all times
Cleaning and preparing hire equipment ready for customer use
Rewiring and PAT testing power tools and equipment
Ensuring equipment is maintained to a high operational and safety standard
Supporting the wider team with day-to-day depot activities

What We're Looking For

Previous customer service experience would be advantageous
Confident and professional telephone manner
Good attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
Basic electrical aptitude
Ability to wire a domestic plug is essential
Reliable, hardworking and keen to learn new skills
A team player with a positive attitude
Full training will be provided for PAT testing and equipment maintenance, making this an ideal opportunity for someone looking to develop their technical skills and build a long-term career.
