We are partnering with a leading UK construction and infrastructure business undergoing significant operational and network transformation. This is a highly visible Finance Manager position, working directly with senior stakeholders to influence strategic investment decisions, challenge assumptions, and drive financial performance across major projects.

Key Responsibilities
Partner with project and operational leaders on major transformation initiatives.
Develop, review and own complex business cases and investment appraisals.

Monitor capital and operational expenditure, ensuring effective financial control.
Lead budgeting, forecasting and reforecasting processes across project portfolios.
Deliver meaningful variance analysis, reporting and management information.
Identify commercial risks and opportunities, providing proactive recommendations.
Support project governance, investment approvals and post-implementation reviews.
Build strong relationships across finance, operations and senior leadership teams.
About You
ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
Strong finance business partnering and commercial finance experience.
Proven background supporting large-scale capital projects, transformation programmes or operational investments.
Demonstrable experience of budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and business case development.
Confident influencing and challenging senior stakeholders.
Advanced analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.
