Finance Business Partnering Manager
We are seeking an experienced Finance Business Partnering Manager to support the Growth and Prosperity Directorate.
The successful candidate will provide strategic financial leadership and manage a Finance Business Partnering Team, supporting key priorities across regeneration schemes and programmes, capital appraisals, and joint venture arrangements.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing and leading a Finance Business Partnering Team.
Providing strategic financial advice and business partnering support.
Supporting regeneration schemes and major programmes.
Undertaking and advising on capital appraisals and investment decisions.
Providing financial oversight and advice in relation to joint ventures.
Identifying opportunities for cost savings, income generation, commercialisation, and improved financial performance.
Managing team performance, development, and employee engagement.
Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and service areas.
Driving continuous improvement and ensuring effective financial management and governance.
Identifying and managing financial risks and issues.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in finance business partnering, with a strong background in regeneration, capital investment, and joint ventures. You will also have proven team management experience, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to provide clear, strategic financial advice in a complex environment
