Job Description
To work closely with the HR Partner, Safer Recruitment Coordinator and wider HR team to provide proactive advisory and administration service to the academies within the London remit.
The HR Advisor plays a key role in delivering a proactive, high-quality and customer-focused HR service to Dukes Aldridge Academy. Working closely with the HR Partner, Academy leaders and managers, the postholder will provide professional advice and guidance across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring
The role is responsible for supporting the full employee cycle along (onboarding, probation, absence, ER) with strong system and process administration while building positive relationships with stakeholders and contributing to a culture where colleagues feel supported to perform at their best.
The HR Advisor will also support Trust wide organisational projects and continuous improvement initiatives, helping to ensure the People function delivers an efficient, responsive and valued service across the Academy.
Key responsibilities
Responsible for providing comprehensive admin and advisory support to Dukes Aldridge
Academy and any other Trust academies as required.

Projects
* Assist the HR Partner and Chief People Officer with administration of projects
* To undertake other activities identified from time to time commensurate with the level of the post.
* Appraisal and Staff Development
* Support the HR Partner(s) and Chief People Officer in administering the School’s annual appraisal cycle, chase, collect and record completed appraisals and training needs.
Leavers
* Ensure resignations are acknowledged in a timely manner and notify the appropriate stakeholders including Payroll, IT etc.
* Arrange exit interviews for the HR Partner(s)
* Process leavers on all systems and arrange collection of equipment
General
* Carry out general administration tasks for the HR function
* Ensure electronic and paper-based personnel files are maintained and filing/archiving is completed in a timely manner (until the implementation of EveryHR)
* Send Risk Assessment forms and file for staff – i.e. maternity, absences etc.
* Undertake DBS renewals in a timely manner
