We are looking for a highly skilled Benefits Lead to define, manage and realise benefits across a major transformation programme. This role will be responsible for establishing benefits management frameworks and ensuring measurable business outcomes are delivered.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain programme benefits frameworks and strategies.
• Define benefit measures, baselines and tracking mechanisms.
• Work with business leaders to identify and validate benefits.
• Produce benefits realisation plans and performance reporting.
• Challenge assumptions and ensure benefit forecasts remain achievable.
• Support executive governance and investment decision-making.

Required Experience

• Proven experience leading benefits management on large transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of benefits realisation methodologies.
• Experience developing benefits cases and tracking value delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Strong analytical and financial awareness.
