Are you passionate about using technology to solve real business problems?

We're looking for an AI, Automation & Application Development Lead to drive digital transformation across our manufacturing operations. Working directly with the Head of Operations, you'll identify manual processes, design automation solutions and develop internal applications that improve efficiency, reduce costs and modernise the way the business operates.

Responsibilities

Analyse operational processes and identify automation opportunities
Design and develop internal business applications
Build workflow automation and AI-powered solutions
Integrate business systems, databases and third-party platforms
Develop dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI
Replace spreadsheet-based processes with scalable digital systems
Work closely with operational teams to deliver practical technology improvements
Lead digital transformation initiatives from concept through implementation
Required Skills

Experience developing business applications or internal software
Strong coding skills (Python, C#, JavaScript or similar)
SQL and database knowledge
API integration experience
Power BI and data reporting
Process automation experience
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to work independently and drive change
Desirable

Manufacturing or industrial experience
Microsoft Power Platform
ERP/CRM systems
AI or machine learning solutions
