Our client, a reputable franchise-approved car dealership in Hereford, is seeking a fully qualified Vehicle Technician to join their busy Service Department. If you are motivated to work in a professional environment that values skill and development, this Vehicle Technician opportunity is ideal for you.
Benefits:
Up to £45,000 basic salary, with an OTE of £55,000 per annum
Performance-related bonus scheme enhancing earning potential
Starting salary dependent on experience
33 days annual leave, including bank holidays
Full in-house and manufacturer-approved training with clear staff development programmes

Long-term career progression with a network of over 50 dealerships nationwide
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, with 1 in 4 Saturdays, 8:30am-12:30pmDuties of a Vehicle Technician:
Perform fault diagnosis, servicing, and repairs in accordance with manufacturer and dealership standards
Accurately diagnose faults and report on vehicle condition, safety, reliability, and performance
Ensure strict adherence to quality procedures as a Vehicle Technician
Maintain consistent high standards in a busy franchise environment
Support the Service Department in meeting efficiency and quality targets
Optional: Hold an active MOT licence (training provided if not already possessed)
Contribute to team targets and uphold excellent customer service standardsRequirements of a Vehicle Technician:
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in vehicle maintenance and repair
Live within a reasonable commuting distance of Hereford
Hold a valid UK driving licence with minimal points
Demonstrate commitment, professionalism, and the ability to produce high-quality work
Team player with good communication skills
Motivated to work towards individual and team targets
