Mechanical Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider - Commercial Building – Knightsbridge, London- £47,000
CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer based in a commercial building in Knightsbridge, London. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on site.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in Mechanical building maintenance. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of £47,000, overtime, further training and a potential route into further career progression.
In return, my client is offering a very competitive package including:
A basic salary of up to £47,000
25 days holiday plus bank holiday rising to 28 days + bank holidays
Call out 1 in 3, £100 standby

Monday to Friday – Split shifts (Apply online only) and (Apply online only) on a weekly rotationKey Duties & Responsibilities
Monitor mechanical plant
Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings
Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Units (Filter changes, cleaning)
Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
Plumbing - Unblocking toilets, replacing taps, washers etc
Monitor the BMS systems.
Basic electrical duties (Lamp changes etc)
General building fabric
Escort specialist subcontractors
Requirements
Mechanically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2 (Essential)
Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
Multi-skilled
Good communication skills
