Workshop Controller

We are pleased to present an exceptional opportunity for a highly skilled Workshop Controller to join our client's leading Accident Repair Centre in Nottingham, Nottinghamshire. This is a full-time position offering a competitive basic salary of £37,500, with an on-target earnings of approximately £39,020. The successful individual will assume a vital leadership role, overseeing the workshop team, optimising productivity, and ensuring high-quality vehicle repairs.

Planning and allocating work to Vehicle Technicians effectively
Managing workshop productivity and workflow optimisation
Monitoring workloads to meet repair deadlines
Coordinating resources to ensure smooth operations
Supporting technicians and resolving daily workshop issues
Maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
Collaborating closely with the aftersales and bodyshop teamsRequirements of a Workshop Controller:

Previous experience within the motor trade is essential
Proven experience as a Workshop Controller, Senior Technician, or similar leadership role
Strong organisational and leadership skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
