The CompanyOur client is a global manufacturer of high-specification industrial instrumentation. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an Assembler to join their production team in Wellingborough.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with soldering or precision assembly experience to join a stable and well-established engineering business offering long-term career prospects.
The RoleWorking within a clean and professional manufacturing environment, you will be involved in the assembly of precision flow measurement products.
Duties will include:
Soldering wires and components onto flow meter assemblies
Spot welding using production jigs and fixtures
Sub-assembly and wiring work
Following engineering drawings and build instructions
Completing quality checks and inspections
Maintaining high standards of accuracy and workmanship
Supporting production activities as requiredWhat We're Looking ForEssential
Previous soldering experience
Assembly or manufacturing experience
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to follow work instructions and quality proceduresDesirable
Electronics assembly experience
Wiring or cable assembly experience
Precision manufacturing experience
IPC soldering certificationWe are keen to hear from candidates who have worked as:
Electronics Assembler

Wiring Technician
Assembly Technician
Production Technician
Electro-Mechanical Assembler
Bench AssemblerHoursMonday to Thursday: 7:00am - 4:15pm
Friday: 7:00am - 12:00pm
