The Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to provide outstanding learning experiences for children from infancy through to preschool age. You will play a key role in creating a warm, stimulating environment where every child feels valued, supported, and inspired to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging learning opportunities that support children's development across all areas of the EYFS
Create exciting play-based experiences that encourage curiosity, creativity, and independence
Act as a designated Key Person, building strong partnerships with children and their families
Observe, assess, and record children's progress, using this information to inform next steps in learning
Support children's emotional wellbeing and personal development
Maintain a safe, welcoming, and inclusive nursery environment
Ensure safeguarding, health and safety, and welfare requirements are adhered to at all times
Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance outcomes for all children
Contribute to planning activities that celebrate diversity, language development, and cultural awarenessWhat We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification (or higher)
Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting
Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A genuine enthusiasm for supporting young children's learning and development
A positive attitude, strong team ethic, and commitment to continuous professional developmentWhat's on Offer
