Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain enterprise data architecture that supports business and technical objectives.
• Lead the data architecture for enterprise CRM solutions, ensuring effective integration with wider government systems.
• Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models to support business processes.
• Define data standards, governance, and best practices to ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Technical Architects, and Delivery Managers to deliver scalable and resilient solutions.
• Provide guidance on data migration, master data management, metadata, and data life cycle management.
• Ensure compliance with government security, privacy, and information governance requirements.
• Support the development of enterprise data strategies and roadmaps aligned with digital transformation programme.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective data architecture solutions.
• Review and assure solution designs to ensure adherence to architectural principles and standards.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Data Architect delivering enterprise-scale data architecture solutions.
• Strong experience designing and delivering enterprise CRM data architecture, including integration with wider enterprise platforms.
• Experience developing conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, metadata management, and master data management.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms and modern integration technologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work across multiple delivery teams within complex enterprise environments.
